  • we will reach out to set up a call to see how we can help. If it looks to be a good fit, we will place a hold on that date as we finalize the details.

Lock It In

Once we have determined that Ryan can tailor an experience that will be the perfect fit for your event,

  • we will lock in the date and go to contract. A quick and easy process.

Elevate The Experience

After the contract signing, we will set a time for a pre-event call. This will be an opportunity for you to get to know Ryan…..

  • and take a deeper dive into the finer details. This is our time to discuss each way that we can elevate your experience, from book signings and Pink Cadillac post-it note walls to having a real, yes, REAL, Pink Cadillac at your event.

 

Final Details

15 days before the event, we will reach out for final payment and to double-check all the latest details. ie……

  • Where to park the CADILLAC.

Let’s Drive

Party time! As your event nears, Ryan will generally arrive the day prior to ensure time for tweaks and a tech check.

  • The tech check time will be agreed upon during the pre-event call if virtual.

    Time to keynote. After all the hard work, this is where we have our fun! If Ryan’s schedule allows, he is always eager to hang around and spend some time with attendees post-event.

Copies of ‘Born to Fly’ are available at a bulk rate. Books can be signed, schedule permitting, on-site or used as pillow gifts to surprise your attendees.

Small die-cast Pink Cadillac models and lapel pins can be perfect for an attendee to take some of the magic home with them.

During the keynote, Ryan will have your attendees write their own Pink Cadillacs down on custom Post-it notes. We heavily encourage all in-person…..

  • events to include a place for all attendees to place these notes post-keynote. This is a great way for attendees to read each other's Pink Cadillacs and continue the conversation throughout the remainder of your event.

The BEST until Last…… a REAL Pink Cadillac

We regularly have clients who rent a real Pink Cadillac to display during their events. (Nashville event? Use ours!) Whether on the lawn during post-keynote drinks, in the lobby of the hotel….

  • or outside the venue as the attendees walk in, nothing can replace the wow factor of a physical 19-foot-long Pink Cadillac. It will be talked about for years to come. The ability to have a Pink Cadillac at your event will vary based on location, availability, and venue choice. We have a network of available cars, reach out and ask about your next event.
